For years have tried to find something comfortable to wear. Silk is nice but too hard to maintain so often at home if i do not need to i dont wesr much except osmething on feet, like sandals. I may have some skin issues which dr is trying to decide if i need dermatology look, so i wear as little as possible. Summer in baggy loose shorts.

Usually being nude is more comfortable for me. Silk though feels great, as does cotton. Wool is a terrible texture though...what have you tried so far?

I probably feel more comfortable in clothes than you do, but I do feel quite comfortable when I am naked. I usually sleep naked and sometimes spend time naked alone, but I have not told anyone yet. I do not see it as immoral as long as no one sees without consent, but I am worried that other people will disgusted.

I have trouble with wearing clothes, too, but for me it's the opposite--I can't stand clothes that are too soft! I also don't like clothes that fit me. I prefer baggy jeans and oversized Tshirts, and THAT'S. ALL.

But...why did you post this in the LGBT discussion? I think you could get more help in the General Forum.

I dislike wearing long sleeves when I'm cold because I don't like the feel of sleeves on the bottom part of my legs or arms & the feel is worse when my arms & legs move. The fabric/material doesn't make a huge difference because I just hate the feel of anything touching the skin there. I had extremely bad skin eczema as a kid; atopic Dermatitis & & I grew out of it when I became an adult but my skin still wants to breath. My mom gets mad when I ask to turn the heater on while I'm wearing shorts & says I'm being ret*d.

On a note that is semi-related to the topic of this thread...

Back when I first psychologically accepted that I was interested in my own sex (guys), I was fantasizing about lying in bed with a guy I liked, kissing him and such. And what I had noticed was that during this time, my skin had become very, very sensitive to touch. Not only did physical touch (on my upper body with my hands) feel amazing, but I felt affected emotionally as well. This happens every time I have such fantasies, and to a lesser extent when I'm being touched (as in, PDA) on a date. But the thing is, prior to having discovered that I was interested in men, I never experienced anything like this with anyone.

That's the kind of thing I thought this thread might have been referring to when I first saw it; that the OP was sensitive to touch in some way and was being affected by the clothes they wore (which is not the case with me). The best I can recommend is that you should wear whatever feels comfortable. Or perhaps nothing at all if you're in the privacy of your own home (or on a nude beach  ).
