Painting Paris

I LOVE paintings of turn-of the century (late 1800's) Paris with rain soaked streets and flower carts. Does anybody know what artist is famous for these types of paintings? I'd like to have some replicas on my walls.

My mum has a duplicate of a french painting that was done in the 50s. It has a cafe, cars and buses and the colours are 50s colours.
