I'm really getting sick of this. Is there a memo I've missed on talking to a girl? The pain of wanting to be with someone and not knowing where to start is a terrible terrible feeling. Will this fade away once I go to college?

I'm 28, and I'm still as clueless as I was when I was your age.

You can try online dating as some people with AS find that to be much easier. Try getting some behavioural therapy and also informing others that you have AS. Also read some stuff on body language and socialization; there is plenty of stuff on the internet and on this site.

oh your 16... well you have plenty of time. But that pretty much kills the online dating suggestion lol. I doubt many sites will let you at that age and I doubt many other people that age will be on... But there are plenty of other places on the internet to meet people, just ask around, or heck it is possible that I'm wrong.

The only thing I keep hearing is that its really in showing intent. That and its typically lack thereof that scares the heck out of people.

Life is pain Allan. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something :)
