Middle eastern people can have black hair and light eyes.

Bulgaria, Persia, Iran to name some. Lebanese and Turkish just google it brother

I've googled it and it seems it's a rare combination that is to only to be gotten by mixing a lot of people from different groups. So it seems it's a decently rare combo and you always want what you can't get, since there aren't a lot of girls like that in each area, it's harder for you to get them. Could that mean that you like girls based on how much you see the same kind of girls in your environment? Am I on to something here?

I have seen pictures of really beautiful girls from Iran that fit that description.

It is a bit far to go just to find a girlfriend.

The girl in the photo is Pashtun. You may find some Italian women with the complexion and coloring you speak of.

However today of course, anyone can dye their hair black, buy green contacts, and put on a fake tan.

About 10,000 years ago a woman was born in the Caucasian mountains.
She had a mutation that gave her blue eyes.

When I see anyone else with blue eyes I think "hello cousin" because I know they are my family.

Green eyes are a sub-mutation. The Aryans who moved to Europe were more of the blue eyed strain and the Aryans who moved to Persia and India were more of the green eyed strain.
