I'm not too sure how my boyfriend would feel about his photo being posted online so I'll describe instead and might edit later if I remember to ask him if I can put a photo up, but he pretty much sums up what I find most attractive:
Long dark curly hair, not short but not really tall either (about 5' 6''), chubby (by my standards anyway. By medical standards he's obese. We're both trying to lose weight for our health but neither of us wants to go much below 190lbs due to personal choice), very pale (I'd find him equally attractive if he wasn't, but there's just something about it that really suits him), and he has such a lovely face. Long eyelashes, slightly upturned nose, ears that stick out slightly (apparently it's odd to find that so cute, but screw what my friends think) and a nice beard and mustache. He wants to grow his beard and hair as long as he can. I've warned him that I tend to get a bit overexcited when things feel nice, so I think he's mentally prepared himself for having a girlfriend who won't let go of his beard. 
His hands and feet look really soft too. It's a shame we live so far apart.

Johnny Depp's character in Sleepy Hollow (or just Johnny Depp). Because, I would fall in love with his character if I ever met him IRL, and he is simply gorgeous.
