I'm not fighting; merely pointing out the site rules, which people have been more than happy to pound me over the head with on numerous occasions

Well tickle me pink! I didn't know. I guess just because people think that people who post that stuff on the internet are somehow automatically violent, I shouldn't post that? Stop being paranoid! You but a bad taste to my first post, you are the one who made this bad because YOU think tomahawks can't be something to "nerd" over, not me.

That scene from the game was gory and nasty and I find it highly ironic that I get picked on for being what people term 'aggressive' while people are quite happy to let such a horrible, violent, bloodthirsty image go past without comment

Double standards much?

Americans wiped out most of the native American Indians, which makes the image doubly distasteful in my opinion.

It's video game Indians not real Indians. Just like when you play GTA you are killing video game cops not real cops. You are stealing video game cars not real cars. Actually, people steal more cars and have more theft related violence like in GTA than go around hunting down Indians, so which exactly is more offensive?

I was joking. And alternate history fiction is not always a glorification of tragedy. A storyteller intends to create an impact on its audience, and that's exactly what the gaming narrative is trying to do. If you find that offensive though (Assassin's Creed III) contact Ubisoft.

It's an offensive image of a human character being harmed; I don't care what games people play in their own homes, I prefer not to see this kind of image on here and as it's against site rules it shouldn't be on here

Funny how people don't take such a blaze 'what a fuss about nothing' attitude when I do stuff people don't like on here - they're right on to the moderators like a heat seeking missile

Less of that towards me might not have led me to take a zero tolerance stance so people have brought this on themselves as far as I'm concerned

Our views differ. If you find something offensive report it. That's what I do (which I think you're implying).

My wife is my propaganda minister. She manages my image and all the shallow stuff like fashion etc. Sure, I have been the dancing bear like most people, in order to achieve my money and power. However, that only feeds my contempt for mass culture. Its like I'm a human being surrounded by the cast of Jersy Shore. I fit in but only to further my ambition. Its easy to act shallow!
During the day I'm a dancing bear. In the evening and on the weekends, I am with my wife and people of substance. My contempt for shallow people makes me confident when interacting with them. You can sell them anything!
Luckily, there are more of us then them. Its just that the media (in order to sell us crap we don't need) have made us act shallow to be successful.

Decades ago I was in High School. I knew how to act like an alpha male. The role is actually a very easy one. I was always being invited to parties. I remember how I answered my friends when they asked me why I went to those parties (filled with jocks and other shallow people),I always said "I go because of diplomatic necessity. I need those people to help me succeed. One needs contacts!"

Since this thread is about love and dating. My advice is to act aloof. You will have many dates. Eventually, you will find the right one, you and her will fall in love and you will no longer have to be an actor (at least at home. You will still have to be an actor at work etc).
I don't like being inauthentic either. But those are the rules of the game. Play the game or die alone and poor.

I know nothing about what it is like being female. However, the rules for being an alpha male are very simple in high school.
1. drink a lot of beer. 2. Never back down from a fight.3. tell dirty jokes4. pretend you actually find what everyone is talking about interesting.
Those were exceptionally shallow days! :(
