So, I know that Scandinavian girls are practically my dream girls (well as far as physical attributes go). I heard that they aren't that friendly to foreigners though, is this true? How do I even attract one?

And another con, I don't have a car nor can drive.

No. Never. Not a single Scandinavian girl has ever been attracted to an American. Never in history.

Sarcasm aside, everyone has their preferences.

ReticentJaeger is lying. All Scandinavian girls are attracted to all American guys.

Well do you live in scandinavia? If not its more likely than not if you meet a Scandinavian girl who now lives in the U.S so not so sure they'd have much problem with 'foreigners' if they are the foreigner. Also there are always people in the U.S who where born here who have Scandinavian origins, apparently my family has some Nordic/Scandinavian in it. But I bet if you have met one Scandinavian you have met one the preferences probably vary.

By not being obsessed with Scandinavian girls, and getting to know people for who they truly are rather than their nationality or physical appearance

Scandinavian girls are all attracted only to insecure, overweight, unattractive males who still live in their mothers' basements.

Kinda shallow, right?

Remove any doubts.

Go to an Ikea. Try your luck.

a funny bunch of replies

what about reading some books about nordic cultures, their values, learning a Nordic Language, I recommend Norwegian, and then moving to Scandinavia?
That will highly increase the probability of attracting a Scandinavian beauty, if you so much want that trophy.

I wasn't trying to be funny. Ikea stores almost always hire Swedish locals to work on their stores or they have Swedish staff who come to the US to work for a year/internship thing. They're great to talk to, especially when you need to know more about the Swedish food items Ikea sells. I learned to make gravlax 'the right way' from one of the young women in one of their stores :)

If you're a DIY sort of person, you could make lots of progress speaking to cashiers/sales staff at IKEA.

Alas, I am not a DIY sort of person--so I'd be an abject failure there
