Why would an NT waste their time with an aspie?

Well, this forum is getting so messy now, it's just getting so clogged up with locked troll threads and threads where people have been fighting. It's a shame we can't delete threads, it would be so much better if we could. It would also make things a lot better if we had an ignore list function so that people could ignore the posts of others they don't like.

ETA: Ugh, this stupid thread has gained yet another page thanks to me

a lot of thread are started seeking help and get some good stuff posted before it becomes plagued with in fighting. to delete them would get rid of the good.
there are tons and tons and tons of pages of threads going back years. such is forums theyget clogged up over time. lol

yes the L&D section has become a battlefield between the women and few men who think worthless men should go a way or change despite them not being able to. and us worthless men fighting to just live.

they don't' want to help us because we are a upfront to everything they believe. we are living proof against their idea dream world. what do you do when something goes to prove you're propaganda wrong? you destroy the proof.

Oh I would happily call you and everyone else an idiot, including myself. We are ridiculous creatures people. That's not really the point I'm making though. Nt's are no more functionally free, than people who are on the spectrum. It may appear they are more free from the list of constraints that started this thread, behind appearance though it's biological impulses driving us along that we (nt's, when I choose to think of myself as one) create a story for and pretend it's our own. All the time though it's the ridiculous life and death bell ringing, animating us into action. When death comes though, I'm sure I will want just a bit more ridiculous time, idiot i am.

Imho, We have our positives and negatives whether that be N.T. or Aspie, along with differences between N.Ts and differences between Aspies.

I'd focus on the positive and just take full advantage of the fact you are aspie.

Yes we have difficulties and other problems but some of us can at least use our idiosyncrasies, unique perspective, etc. to our benefit.

There's a big world out there, full of dangerous and formidable people, most of whom have to fight for survival each day, are hardened by their rough life and have little to no sympathy for First-World problems. I greatly doubt you'd dare to call them idiots to their faces.

I don't understand why NTs always get defended on this one particular board. Hell there's even a NT-dissing thread at the top of the main GAD board as I'm typing this.

Oh fair point, i'm sure i would run a mile, i probably wouldn't really want to call some of the people who are dear to me idiots either. Nature is crazy making though, and even though i am cocooned in my safe little first world bubble, death and illness and violence seeps in. The people who fight for survival every day, and who are formidable, presumably do so in self defence, or in the destruction of others so they can survive. Do you think the luxury of reflecting on natural selection, and survival comes from not having to fight for your life in very direct ways every hour? My comment though is way off about being idiots, but i still feel there is and inherent idiocy is being human. Not quite animal, not fully conciousness it seems. Trapped in a cycle of animal desires and imperatives, yet with the ability to reflect on the absurdity of living this way. You are quite right though, my comment about 'f*****g idiots' is divisive, and born of arrogance and frustration probably.

Yeah, humanity in general is very flawed. I wouldn't say 'we're all idiots' per se, but human nature has given us many flaws.
