If that's the case then it's as jrjones says a very small sample to base an opinion on.
Furthermore, it's also not women but girls he's referring to, and at a time when homophobic insults were more popular in the classroom.

There is no doubt.....that women wouldn't resort to this sort of insult.

heh, its funny, when i was in college most of the girls on my floor wrote me off as gay because I was "always cooking"

Not something I have ever seen nor heard in films or in real life over my entire lifetime, so are you making your OP claim on the basis of single conversation that you have had with a woman at sometime and generalising to all women from that? How many times have you actually seen or heard this happen?
