dont we have any romanians here?

romanian is cool, similar to italian, i was astounded the one only time i started to ask a romanian about words :I

i can also check w a chinese friend! hell in chinese, thats bound to be groovy

I think Chinese and Japanese both use a similar word for it, written (in traditional) 地獄 (jigoku in japanese, and something like di4yu4 in Mandarin with 4 as the falling tone, I think). Looks something like "ground prison" I think. The word seems to be applied to Christian Hell according to what I can understand from the wikipedias, but has its origins in Chinese Diyu it seems.

Enfer (french)

Allez en enfer (go to hell) That should help you out in your travels, Z.

"Enfer" would be French for "hell"?

In Latin, the nominative declension of the word meaning "hell" is "Infernum".

Haven't got a hell in makaton or pecs, but in the other language-its where people are told they'll go when they're too naughty for heaven which by its high standards will eventually be home for everyone.

How about in Russian? Russian aspies here?

I'm English speaking so it'd be plain old 'Hell', but in my language... let's say it doesn't begin with an 'h'.

Hell means absolutely nothing in my language. If you add an ä (a with spots), you get hellä, meaning "tender" in English.

btw Hell is a place east of here, they have a blues festival there, and the place-name is obviously a tourism bonus.

"gods" means "goods" (its the train station)
the sign (and its grammar) is outdated, but kept like that for fun

its in stjørdal, east of trondheim. i think they could use a visit too, their music festival is getting forgotten lately, and have done bad. i dunno if they even got it anymore.

i'd love to have gone, cus its all jazz and blues, but then again its hillbillyland, and drunk farmerboys scare me.
