He was on a battlefield and didn't have time to sit down and eat it nicely. I'm sure that at least some pie went into his mouth. What a nice thoughtful clown for feeding the troops.

and i was about to give a serious answer too...
but yeahs, i like lemon merengue pie. like banana-cream better. and berry pies are my favorite. which includes strawberry-rhubarb
