I give my self a 6-7 sometimes when I'm talking with somebody I know they may say it's ok dude you can look at me when you talk. I try to glance over at the person but mostly I don't make too much eye contact when talking...

If it's for less than a second or so, maybe a 5. Anything longer than that, it's around 8.

It's either 1 or 10 depending on the situation. If I am in a staring contest, it's 1, I have no problem looking at someone's eyes. If it's casual conversation, my brain makes almost no eye contact by itself, so that would have to be a 10.
