one serving chicken

one pack Reese's sticks, one quarter serving chocolate

zero dairy/milk/cheese/yogurt/eggs

one and a half whole wheat naan

two servings granola

one serving cabbage, one banana, two serving exotic bean salad, one carrot, one orange, two apples.

one serving broth/soup from celery/potato/tomato/carrot/chicken soup. it was delicious

four and a half liter water
