Salad and rice with soy sauce as still peckish from a run earlier, sneaking some chocolate bars in too whilst watching some documentaries.

I had a rice, mushroom, oatmeal, broccoli, goat cheese, tamari sauce concoction of my own invention. It tasted alright, but not as good as I hoped.

Ginsters Peppered Steak Slice.

I won't be buying this again. 'Even tastier', it says on the packet. 'Even more rubbery than any other processed meat you've ever eaten' would have been more accurate, though perhaps not as catchy.
