I think this is actually the best slogan so far.

I don't know if you intended this as a slogan or whether you were responding to the previous poster about t shirts, but it is perfect.

Short, to the point and sums up our collective blindspot very well.

If you want short and to the point how about - Strange not stupid

or

"Socially, I may be blind
but I have an awesome, curious mind"

I don't like the word stupid.

I'm voting 'I don't see why not'. Funny, insightful, and subtle.

Now that would make a great shirt! I don't think most people would get it though.

Also, it's not always true. They can't always read us.

I was responding to the previous poster, but I guess that would be good. People are often asking me why I do things in certain ways.

Seconded, although the one about bad hamburgers sounds cool too.

How does this sound?

Quote:
Front of Shirt:
Asperger's
We're people, not bad hamburgers!

Back of Shirt:
(Spock Picture)
Logic
It's not just for Vulcans

Frenchaspie, welcome to WP. If you go over to the new members section, TimTex will be over to greet you.

The saying is because in English, Aspergers sounds much like "A(something) - Burgers". It's a poor joke made by a television show, and now it covers several pages of google links.

I don't like the idea of slogans for people. Next will be presenting a mission statement, and finding ways to jazz up our "brand". #spoilsport. :?

I'd rather start up a jazz band.
