what they are actually trying to do is restrict access so it is yahoo/bing which Murdock has a deal with.

Google is the reason why online news get coverage so let them bit the hand that feed them.

Most of the online news comes from the syndicates not newspapers, granted it is not well edited but it is closer to the original source.

Murdock opened the biggest printing press in the world in terms of newspapers a couple of years ago. He is betting on the fact that newsprint is not dead.
