I would miss:

The Internet
My Laptop
My Girlfriend
Friends
My bed

That's all I can say for now.

Without Superman and boredom, it would certainly cause the end of the world.

If the world ended, I would not miss anything, because I would not be here to miss anything. I would be glad of this. George Carlin said - and I agree - the planet is fine....but I think the humans are ready to be recycled for their constituent matter.

Beware the interstellar scrappers....

I would all my belongings, especially my books and dvds, and the internet of course. But most of all, I would miss my cat and my fish.

I guess it would depend on how the world got destroyed
1. Sun blowing up, well that would be rather quick and I doubt I would have the time to give any thought to what I would miss.
2. Giant Mutant Space Goat, I would maybe think I was having a delusion or maybe I needed glasses, but I don't have any to miss
3. Air getting hoovered up by giant robot maid spaceship, I would miss breathing till I lost conciencness
4. Giant asteroid hitting the earth, I would be missing having a giant space laser the blow it up
5. WW3, Lead shielding
6. Universe getting imploded, well I would miss everyone on WP, puppies, kittys and bunnies, entertainment tonight celebrity news

I don't know what I'd miss, but maybe I'd see it as some sort of adventure. My skills and nature are more geared for survival than hypersuccess. Maybe I'd even have a kid or two.

"But look here doctor, wouldn't this nucleus of survivors be so grief stricken and anguished that they, well, envy the dead and not want to go on living?

No sir. Also then, when they go down into the mine everyone will all still be alive. There will be no shocking memories and the prevailing emotion will be one of nostalgia for those left behind, combined with a spirit, of bold curiosity for the adventure!"

Nothing, because the world has ended and I assume I would go with it.

But if it's just civilisation that ended then I'd miss people and the internet mostly.
