Hi, everyone. I've been lurking a few days and decided to say "hi."

I began seeing a therapist to help with some interpersonal skills at work, and she thinks I have "many Asperger's presentations" but she can't (or won't) make the diagnosis herself. She has left it up to me whether I want to see a neurologist for an "official" diagnosis. Am considering what I want to do, because I don't want anyone at work to find out. But probably will do it because then I could get some OT to possibly help with some of the sensory integration problems that are also causing me problems at work.

It's great to be here, and you guys all rock ... so many strong people. It's good to find a place to feel at "home" on the Web.

Good luck with your therapy for the social skills. I had therapy for my work, too (ADHD related) and it saved my job. Maybe you'll get a lot out of being here, too.
