Bones Reunion
Now, anybody who saw the recent episode of Bones where she is at her high school reunion, has to admit the character is an Aspie. I have thought so and said so all along, but seeing her interacting with her former high school peers cements it.
Plus, it was a really good episode! Robert Englund as her friend the custodian was delightful. The whole show was good. Apparently (I am not an aficionado) there were references to just about every slasher movie out there. ![]()
All I know is that the episode brought back quite a few memories from high school, except that I did have a few classmates I hung out with (I wouldn't consider them "friends," though). Of course, they were outcasts, too, so I don't know if that means anything.
Actually, now that I think about, my life is much the same, as far as social interaction.
Sad now. ![]()

Her best friend is Freddy?
Yup, more or less. Here is where to watch it:

The episode is Death of the Queen Bee. It's interesting but realistic to see that the NTs she went to school with would still have the responses to her that they picked up growing up although they are now supposedly "old enough to know better".
I have posted a couple of times in the past that both Temperance and Zach were Aspie characters but I never saw any response to my posts before. I have no doubt that Zach's Aspie literalness and logic would have been what led him to connect with Gormagon. Whoever writes this stuff sure seems to know their Aspies.
