It is. I got mine off worthplaying.com =P
Personally the voice acting seems off in the game. I hate the earlier minigame. Circuit out of the electric minigame =/

I've been waiting for a proper Doctor Who game like this. >.<

It was good, but I think a concept like Doctor Who has alot more potential as a game.. :/

Even so, It was fun, and I couldn't say anything particularly negative about it...
