Oh, really?
What point?
Perhaps we can fix it.
Though if it is general, i have no idea.

Yep. Catholic theologian aspie here. :-)

(I'm new to this "aspie" thing. Is it just me or does it sound like a dog breed?)

I used to wander the blacktop during recess as a kid, by myself, talking to God. I'm sure that looked weird to the people around me, but I was content. Then I stopped caring about my faith. Then I got a gift full of Catholic trivia. What a way to get my interest! I read that studiously, then turned to other theology books, then got a degree in theology.

Then I tried teaching theology. Bad move. I'm a web designer now, but for a Catholic firm, so I still get to use my theology.

Interesting, Tobias. I thought it was practically impossible to be a Catholic and a theologian these days.

The need to be fixed is what scares me. I quit church because I believe science.

I'm a Christian aspie! I'm Protestant but I like going to Eastern Orthodox churches more. I am interested in Christian apologetics (among other things).

If it is, christianity must be more general one, not by a menmber of them. maybe you feel to much duty to fix christunity with other members for non-christian? maybe, as well or moreover for other members. it is certainly scared.
without duty in our mind.
we must reconstruct so.
perhaps, holy christ's words are too intense and strong in these days.
maybe in BC, a human has less pressure from sciety.
duty, in mind, is working well only in low pressure I suppose.

otherwise, a christian must look for a way to decrease a pressure of society.
but quite many people not only christians might have looked for it for long time and still doesn't seem to be found.

I find it difficult to understand your idiom, Mathlm, but I certainly agree that we must be a real and present opposition to the modern Philistines.

Let's get this thread rolling! Let's have all views represented and defended.
