hmmm, that is what I heard when I listened to the words, I had no idea you were referring to the lyrics. :o I thought you were talking about the quality of his singing.

Marcus Lewis- The Club

There isn't much information on the singer himself, but he's from New York and was signed to Epic Records at some point. For some reason or another, however, he didn't seem to take off though he did release 2 albums.

Anybody subscribe to www.pandora.com? Pandora.com serves as a music recommender service; that is it's possible to discover (or rediscover) obscure oldies through requesting the more known songs/artists.

It can be fun to listen to obscure oldies esp. when drawing parallels as to how obscure earlier styles may have evolved over the years to become incorporated into the more recent known works!
