We have just as much right/privilege/expectation to be annoyed with others! Otherwise we deny ourselves the one characteristic we have in common with NT's.

No, I don't think it's wrong. We're still human, and getting annoyed at people is part of that.

Expressing annoyance even subtly with the eyes is wrong.

Even thinking and being annoyed with no outward expression of annoyance is wrong.

Wrong for your own balance and health....the other person that annoys you, probably has no awareness of your displeasure, nor gives a rats ass what you think!

Some annoyance is normal, excess is a liver imbalance, harming your health

Anger is 1 letter short of danger

Compassion can removes excess annoyance

It's okay to feel annoyed with others as long as you don't show it and are aware of the fact that you yourself probably come across as annoying to other people sometimes.

If an NT can feel annoyed about someone's quirks then a non-NT is also allowed to feel annoyed

People are "allowed to feel annoyed" simply because they are people and not because life must be fair or equal or the same for everyone. So, the related question here is whether the "non-NT" should be allowed to *act* annoyed more often or with less restraint either from within or without.

Just because I get annoyed about more things more easily than many other people does not mean all of society must silently tolerate everything or even anything I might say or do while in an annoyed state. So, just this morning I laid in bed an additional 30 minutes or so while quieting some internal disturbances (mostly anger) so I could at least begin this day on an even keel.

It's very sad that the majority of human society I have encountered doesnt share the same viewpoints on annoyance like you do. People have never given me a break over the smallest and ridiculous things. This has taught me to be tolerant of even the worst of the worst. And even those few times when I do address an issue to them they always find a way to turn it back on me. It was tough for me to realize this cause often I take their complaints far too seriously and apologize too much without taking their own flaws into consideration. And even now I still havent learned to accept that they could be just as (if not more) responsible than me for the irritating things that lead to constant conflicts. I always realize this when it's far too late to stand up to these NTs though.

I cant help being annoyed by a lot of thigns people do. Sometiems I can hold it in but it often finds a way of coming out later on - it's like input = output at some point in the future.

I think it makes sense that we would find more things annoying as we are by our very natures far more sensitive and more analytical and more obsessive - we are the perfect recipie for getting annoyed imo!
