so say we all: i've been in fraking withdrawal since the president died and starbuck disappeared. was curious if you knew of a bsg site somewhere in wp forums? my forums generally suck and average 1/2 reply so i am loathe to try to start another. do you know of groups/etc outside of wp? live long and prosper........no wait-that's wrong-----long live the 12 colonies.

LOL, well, I'm also a Trek fan, so I suppose that applies too. ;)

If you did wish to start a thread on Wrong Planet, I would use the TV forum. As to dedicated nuBsG forums, I am not sure.

Personally, I think at least parrots have them. They seem to be quite intelligent and self-aware and, at least cockatiels and greys, seem to have their own language even if it may only be a simple one. They at least qualify as being sentient to me.

Parrots can be very intelligent, yes...Alex the grey parrot was certainly smart, not to mention expressive. I don't know much about birds, but I would definitely think it could be possible.
