Hi all,

I just wanted to say that this is a great site! I'm 24 years old and live on the East Coast of Canada. I'm a teacher and I decided to join because I'm seeing an amazing guy who happens to be an Aspie. I thought that WrongPlanet would allow me to learn more about what makes him tick and to also to be more supportive. If you happen to have some relationship advice that might help to keep the waters smooth, please send it my way.

Hi, welcome here.

Nice to see a teacher is seeking actively information outside of the usual channels.

Giving advice with this limited information is difficult, but I think the most import ones:
- be honest
- give short and clear assignments, but do not forget to put it in context (why do you do it)
- use different methods to teach one subject, this is useful for all children. Some pick things up one way, others another way.
