He's not the only one to have done it either, but he is the only one to get caught so far.

I used to work for the Long Island RR and they had wanted posters with his pic on them plastered all over the place in the non-public areas of the RR.

He was released on parole Christmas Eve and voluntarily will go to cognitive therapy.

remembered him from his last jailings.
a nice guy he really needs to get community support in place rather than prison setting him up to fail everytime he gets out,CBT wont help him in own view.

NYC seeks to recover money made off transit impostor's film

I've always liked him. He doesn't deserve jail.

Yeah. Once you get over laughing about this you realize that it is sad. He is not a bad criminal person who victimizes people. He is just an innocent person with a compulsion.So he needs therapy, and not punishment. Maybe he can help run the steam train in Lancaster County Pennsylvania thats associated with the railroad museum there.
