I'm better at expressing myself in writing instead of verbally. That may be what lead me to becoming a writing major. :D

Other. I don't even feel most of them.

Annoyance
Anger
Giddyness

That's about it.

Tone of voice says it all about all three. Posture too, if I'm angry.

About 98% of the time, I'm just plain content, and don't even know if there IS a way to express that. If there is, I'm sure I don't use it.

I've always had trouble expressing most of my feelings verbally. I'm much better at expressing them in writing.

I express verbally well but not using body language. Me being about to blow up from anger has gotten picked up as about to cry.

2nd option. I'm fine being an angry bitter hateful jerk. I do however think that my weaknesses should never be seen.

I'd rather die than express some feelings. I don't know why or if anyone is the same.

Like on my grandmothers funeral, a lot of people were crying and you were meant to cry, it was a goddang funeral! And I WAS sad. Still I wouldn't cry, because I sort of feel too vulnerable. Or something.

I don't express my emotions very well, with words. I cry.

I don't know how to express my emotions, so I restrain them.

I come across so much better in text form than I do in person; I have a following on Facebook who I almost never talk to face-to-face. My sense of humour seems to work well as long as it's never actually spoken.

It's a combination of the first two options for me.

I rarely understand my emotions, much less express them - unless they're very simple or very intense.

I'm not very good at expressing my emotions. Only the people who know me extremely well can read the subtle changes in my face and tone of voice that indicate what emotion I'm feeling.

I express things verbally horribly. It's like everything I say, my brain is being stabbed with a knife and it's a short while before I can't take it anymore. So I express my emotions a lot, just using gestures, facial expressions (told are exaggerated), stomping, crying, smiling and nodding, anything.

EDIT: Just seen the parenthesis in the poll. Besides family I don't express them verbally at all, usually just whimper or hide from them, when I'm around other people and smile my smile gets frozen to my face and I can't stop.
