Thus far today nobody and nothing bothered me

Hotel Sens did not tell me not to go to the bathroom

Made it home safely yesterday from my Toastmasters meeting. I was nervous about driving home in the dark, but it turned out okay.

Home depot took only forty five minutes minutes

A good day at work

Someone from the suicide hotline that I submitted an application for, emailed me back

coffee and I went out today

The suicide hotline volunteer job manager phoned me.

The manager told me I could come visit for a job interview next week

I haven't lapsed in 5 days, and I am trying to make this the 6th.

I don't understand how I can lose control so spectacularly, then regain it like this by just deciding. Does that mean my loss of control was invalid, somehow; that I could have tried harder and prevented it? Hard not to tell myself so.
