A busy, productive day yesterday. When I got home last night, I slept very well.

Feel better for doing something pro-active in my area. Recently taken to following several environmental activist pages local to me who organise litter clean-ups; spent two hours last weekend going over a beach finding all sorts of things... Cotton bud stems mostly. :( A couple from London who'd signed up seemed to take a liking to me so it even became a bit of impromptu conversation practice.
Nerve-wracking while in progress, but I always feel better for it in the aftermath.

A good Toastmasters meeting. I gave a speech last night that was evaluated favorably, although I think I could have practiced it a lot more. All in all, a productive meeting and, most important of all, a safe trip to the meeting and back, something I never take for granted.

My GI tract is functioning better today since I started Metochlopramide, was able to have 3 meals already by 3:30pm without feeling stuffed or feeling like I want to vomit.

I called a company and spoke to an AMERICAN----NO accent----I understood them, and they understood ME----WOO-HOO!! I had, pretty much, given-up all hope that that practice still existed!!

Nothing yet, but the day isn't over. Wait, I got an extra big huggie from Waldo - against his will, of course. I told him that if he doesn't put out more, I'm going to have to find me another condo cat for huggie-smoochie time.
