Geraniums, there's a garden store that still has some... I've been trying to decide how to fill in two spots in a flowerbed, and that's what I want, am also going to try them near my dwarf Alberta spruce to help discourage the blasted mites. The previous homeowner had a very busy garden that went totally out of control, and it's a several year project to fix it.

(I have two flowerbeds with white geraniums, yellow and white lantana, and yellow oxalis and they are beautiful together... below are pix of lantana, both colors, then geraniums then oxalis, for anyone not familiar with one or more. They're in good shape because I created them last year and planted them this year - so there's nothing to grub up, etc. there. But oh my, the existing garden. Ai yi yi.)

Got two things done that I wanted to do today, that needed the back of the house to be shady. Have four more to go but they all need the front of the house to be shady, so I get to wait a bit. Not sure I'll get them all done today, but I'm gonna try.

new vietnamese cookbook... also, hung the heavy bag. wasn’t anticipating making the front room gym-like. almost makes it seem an unfamiliar place, but feels nice to crash into for now.
