I didn't jump when the doorbell rang, I usually do.

I played a war story game with my son on the phone and made him happy!

A good meeting with my neuropsychologist. A delicious hamburger for lunch. Talking with my friends at the hospital. Delicious rice pudding for breakfast. Sitting outside in one of the hospital gardens watching various types of bees pollinate flowers. Took a great picture of Monarch Butterfly up close in 4K HD.

What made me happy: Knowing that people these days for the most part judge me by me and not by my label.

I had a doorbell at my apartment, I hated the noise, I disabled it.

I got calcium pills with vitamin D, I got more joint health pills

Not that I know of. My neuropsychologist did assessments with me here but I don't know what the results were. I already had a specific and thorough autism assessment last year though which says I have ASD lvl 2. The assessment my neuropsychologist did during this hospital addmission was just a general questionairre, a shorter version of the MPPI test.

She and I were going over ACT strategies to cope with chronic illness, as well as mindfulness exercises specific to my situation.

I seem to be sleeping a little better ever since going back onto meds, even if I'm having strange dreams. A welcome relief.

My cat is eating dry cat food again for the first time since her oral surgery to remove bad teeth. She has two good teeth left, and she is eating very well. It does my heart a world of good to see that.

I learned a new word at Toastmasters yesterday, edacious, meaning having an enthusiastic appetite. I used it to describe my cat.

I have a good lunch planned.

I'm happier than usual today.

Played a couple rounds of rummy. Talked to a new patient.

I expressed myself to certain people via a bunch of questionnaires... it was very well done; the questions the questionnaires told were actually about things I experienced.

Finding out that a lot of people here share interests with me.
