The first bowel movement of the day took only 30 minutes. Log

The second one, at bed bath and beyond, took 70 minutes. Four inch log

Nobody asked if f I was ok.

In the bathroom, nobody bothered me

I just saw Nibbles the bunny in the backyard nibbling. He's gotten bigger and fatter. But still has tiny little ears that stick stright up. He or she is so adorable. Is only seen at night though. I can never get a decent picture.

Tai chi class was open. They were nice

Not raining

Still not sick

Today's first bowel movement took only ten minutes. Short logs. Felt complete

Nobody bothered me at Fat Apples

Feeling relaxed from yesterday's three hour yoga workshop - caught a lift from my teacher and made friends with the nutritionist who helps her run the class. I thought it would be extremely awkward for me being in the car with the two of them but one thing I've learned about professional yogis is that they're generally super-relaxed and approachable. :)

Me & my girlfriend did the ThanxGiving celebration thing with her family today since the buses don't run on ThanxGiving day. I had a good time thou I am worn out & got barely any sleep the night before.

Perfect weather

Nobody bothered me today. Thus far

Ate mushrooms, string beans, tofu scramble, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, from Whole Foods

The salad bar is perfect for eating a wide range of vegetables
