i'm not unemployed anymore. i'll be doing night shifts three or four days a week, 5 to 11:30 PM. training starts monday, with uncle.

My neighbor mowed his lawn today. I like the sound of mowers and the smell of freshly cut grass.

It's Māori Language Week in New Zealand. :D

Growing up I rarely, if ever, saw people speaking Māori in public unless they were Māori, so it makes me happy to see the rest of New Zealand slowly taking more of an interest in our language, these days. Time will tell if the interest is sustainable, but still these kinds of efforts are very much appreciated.

I'm now 71kg. Granted it was 11pm when I weighed myself and I hadn't eaten all day. The s**t we do for vanity.
