My GI tract is functioning better today since I started Metochlopramide, was able to have 3 meals already by 3:30pm without feeling stuffed or feeling like I want to vomit.

I called a company and spoke to an AMERICAN----NO accent----I understood them, and they understood ME----WOO-HOO!! I had, pretty much, given-up all hope that that practice still existed!!

Nothing yet, but the day isn't over. Wait, I got an extra big huggie from Waldo - against his will, of course. I told him that if he doesn't put out more, I'm going to have to find me another condo cat for huggie-smoochie time.

CETA came into effect today. At last, Canadian online shoppers can buy from the EU/UK without any custom fees.

Denis Istomin is in the quarterfinals at the Moselle Open!

The Laver Cup begins tomorrow, with Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Denis Shapovalov.

That's ... really weird. :D
I had a nice day at work - I was alone for most of it, hardly had to speak, I got things done on time, people only gave me crap once.
It was also nice weather, and I was in an unreasonably good mood for no reason. I'd just step outside sometimes and be all ahh, this is nice, there's air and sun and sky and trees and roads, things going on, I can smell and see and hear things, I can move through space with this thing called a body. I got an awesome coffee mid-morning (espresso fixes everything) and actually smiled at the barista woman who said "have a great day" at me.
Tasting that was awesome too.
I was just really impressed with being alive today, and that the world was there.

I'm alone. I love being alone. I got to sleep in - wake up alone, weather was warm, I could hear birds outside the window and planes flying overhead. :)
