Do you like movement? I find it hard to stop moving sometimes, even when I'm studying my leg seems to rock back and forth. I find it calming

As for fidgeting ya I do the Leg thing and also I Fidget with other funky stuff I have like Computer Fans"spinning the blades",Switches"turning Switch on and off",I have a Hotwheel car on my computer desk, my cell phone screen flipping it open and close Stuff I have laying around

Now since I got 2 dumb bells recently I have been using those when I am waiting for stuff on my computer to get done like download a file, burning a disk, and installing something.
