I think the topic creator meant disabilities in general, not necessarily Asperger's or Autism.
That said... the points mentioned such as an open mind, and knowing that if you catch up to the same level as everyone else it
really means that you are stronger than them at overcoming personal challenges, are good points.
But aside from that, I'm drawing a blank. Especially with a more invisible disability in my case, I don't really get any compensation or benefits, just the drawbacks.
