So right now I am improving my focus by actually LISTENING to the music listening to every small thing. Does this actually improve focus. I feel it in my brain or am I just stupid/crazy?

oh yeah. Definately. I do that myself because I find that music helps me study much more effectively. For me at least its because when I have my headphones in I already know what kind of sounds im going to hear and not have to be startled or thrown off by random noises in the library or around the house. its like a external stimuli shield...like a distraction from distraction
