Any character based on Sherlock Holmes is going to have ASD traits. Dr House, Patrick Jane, Monk etc.

Whether their formal diagnosis would be ASD, or something else we can argue about all day, but the Holmes archetype is of a person who notices what others do not, who has a driving special interest to use those skills for a greater good (however loosely defined), and is generally uninterested in attaining the usual symbols of status.

As paterfamilias said, Adrian Monk. He is very Aspie-like, though this tends to be overlooked in favor of the OCD.
