I'm looking forward to when my weight goes down again. I'm making a couple of small changes today. I'll bring an apple and have that after work, instead of ordering a muffin at McDonald's. I'm also going to stop drinking Gatoraide. Another change is that I won't drink any pop in the evening or eat any chips. I can have my pop with my lunch and that's it.

Going to the abilities expo in Chicago in late June. It's a big show for adaptive technology for people with disabilities. Can't wait! Going with a few friends (who also use wheelchairs). NOT looking forward to the crowds, but it'll be worth it! Adaptive tech. is one of my obsessions
