Which wich is Kucinich? topic

After three years, this politician will have a dill of a time producing evidence.

Sometimes the law has less teeth than common sense. Definitely the pits. :P

I think it could be a perfectly valid court case, it is all about an object which has been falsely labeled.

Imagine.....If you asked for a cooked lobster, and I gave you a card packet with a live lobster inside. When you reach inside to get your food it might bite you with the grabbers. Now do you think I have done something wrong ?

If my swapping a live lobster for a cooked one is a tort which could result in a court case then the olive case is OK to go ahead.

Would you be happy with your sweets being swapped for the Monty Python sweets ? I would not !

Law Suet topic

Proof is in the pudding.

How Sweets it is topic

It would be neat if John Cleese came out of my burrito (very large?). Much better than the fake seasoned beef that a certain chain touts as being genuine. But that is a whole other legal quibble. :P

My "beef" with Kucinich is "olive" the time it took for him to pursue this case. I do see the justice and the point to his argument.

He'll have a dill of a time finding a district as well. The Cleveland district he represents is about to disappear due to redistricting and population drain :).

I can't say I'll miss him much.
