Isn't salt usually a condiment? When did it transform into slang?

Sometime in the 2000s in Philidelphia, that spread over time.

Salty will make it into linguistics textbooks. If an old person understands it, it's meaning instantly changes. It's a novel bit of slang.

I'm having a hankering to play Majora's Mask, but I can't actually sit down in front of my TV and play it because of my pacing problem. It friggin hurts like heck to stay still for an extended amount of time, well, unless I'm sleeping.
