s**t. :(

I just realized my immediate family has been treating me like property. Thanks to all on WP for poking the glass once in a while to resuscitate my actual personality.

you don't need to learn all the numbers to 100.

you just need to know 1 through 10, and how singles add onto sets of ten.

That's lucky, I'm unilaterally expected to have contemporary number theory memorized well into the quadrillions.

is that better or worse than memorizing the contents of tortilla boxes and pizza recipes?

How does one describe something completely intangible, and yet dictionaries or search engines don't even know what exactly it is??
And worse, said something intangible isn't even an emotion, or a sensation, or even something describable, but something with a vague size yet all too chaotic because it's... "Moving"? :|

In the past when I had only one friend, it was like one precious lil "person" had the monopoly.

Later I realized that it was better for me to not have friends, than to have that one precious lil "friend".

They did whatever they wanted, legal or illegal. Subject to imagination. And they had the nerve to expect me to passive aggressively tolerate it. Otherwise they had the nerve to tell me that "you got mad"

But "mad" is not an emotion

"Huh" and "what" are not the etiquette equivalent of "excuse me"

In the past two years, I missed Kiprobalhato's witty comments. And Sylkat's, and the rest of you. Let me quote Sylkat, "I felt lonely, may I join?"

I bet a great many of us get treated like property by our families.

A tendency to throw myself too thoroughly into distractions means I don't notice until it's too late.
And/or I let them do it, because it's easier. It's not what I want though.

 If you spend a lot of time locked in your own head and not much time out of it, people might start to take you for an inanimate object.
