When I get very angry or in the heat of an argument i just flap my hands. I think all the anger just gives me that urge to flap my hands. Of course NTs think its weird.

How come NT people don't get that urge to flap there hands when they are in a rage? how do they control it?

They probably don't experience the same euphoria that we do when we flap our hands, or they have never tried it and so don't know what it feels like to flap their hands.

I've tried it and it just feels strange to me. :P I like to spin in circles, though.
