I talk to myself all the time. It's a good way to debate ideas, and it allows me to have someone to talk to who understands me.

i started doing this because my parents are ignoring me, im young adult autist and im stressed because the place i live theres a lot of suddenly noises like barking dogs or high cars volume, i think im losting my mind, and i started to complain talking in audible voice. i dont have any friends anymore i just need to talk... i cant let this angry feeling just take over me without trying to resist talking out loud.
