i have had aspergers and depression for a while. i think i might be developing ptsd. if someone who has ptsd can talk with me that would be great because im not sure yet. i sometimes have flashbacks when im bored. im not sure if that is a function of aspergers stimming or severe depression/ptsd.

PTSD is typically developed from traumatic events that you've lived through or can't cope with, but is otherwise possible to have under certain circumstances. The mayoclinic.com has very helpful information on symptoms, causes, and treatment, but this is something you need to get through with professional help.

Have you gone through anything you see as tramatic? PTSD is caused by trama, basically you make it through whatever it is but your mind can't quite let go of it so that causes flashbacks and other PTSD symptoms.
