I don't know, evidence seems very weak, at least too weak for such a public accusation. I'd say remove it and contact moderators privately about it, including maybe screens or logs of the "hacker" IMing to your friend.

To avoid people messing up in your email accounts. Try pass phrases: http://www.baekdal.com/tips/password-security-usability . Also ditch stupid things like "security questions" those things are BS. If a site forces you to have a security question, make a completely random answer that not even you will ever, remember. Like "What is your mother's maiden name?" Answer: "|@~@#~23"·!"!"·"$%"! !"·$

i doubt it's that poster, haxor is relatively common internet slang and that person hasn't been on here in 4+ years. I assume moderators can see poster's IPs tho so you if you suspect it's someone on here, you might be able to find out who.

Bethie. I've looked at the IP addresses for your posts and one of the posts was made from the IP address you mentioned and this supports your theory that your account has been hacked. I've locked your account, for the moment at least. I cannot communicate with you via email because I don't know if the address is yours or the hackers. I suggest you create a new WP account to bypass the problem, but take care none of your details leak out via MSN or whatever.

There are no active American moderators at the moment, only European ones. You reported the problem while Europe was asleep. Similarly the site no longer has any admins so our choice of actions is very limited.

Even if there was an active US moderator there would not have been anything he or she could have done. Changing passwords and email addresses can only be done by admins, and WP doesn't have any of those.
