Here are my celebrity crushes

1. Rachel Stevens from S Club 7

2. Emmanuelle Chriqui from Entourage- Mainly for her Moroccan Jewish descent

3. Jo O'Meara from S Club 7- You may remember her for bullying Shilpa Shetty along with Jade Goody. A couple of years ago i used to make fun of her by saying that she was related to a Nazi. I really regretted this. but the thing is, I still had a crush on her in secret. I was worried if I told anyone that I fancied her, I would be accused of being a racist. I am actually very interested in Indian Culture. In my opinion she made a really stupid mistake when she bullied Shilpa like Salman Rushdie when he written the Satanic Verses and when Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld) said the N word in a stand up routine .

4. Bahar Soomekh- I love her mainly because she is an Iranian Jew

I have a crush on Helena Bonham Carter, an English actress who is the life-partner of my favorite movie director, Tim Burton. She is in a lot of good movies such as Sweeney Todd, Sweet Revenge (The Revenger's Comedies) and The Wings of the Dove. I think you would like her because she's Jewish.

@ Laconvivencia: I didn't mean to blaspheme :wink: Seriously though, I don't 'get' celebrity culture. Many female celebrities are admired because of their physical appearance. I'm far more interested in people's brains and personality I love Prof Brian Cox (particle physicist), who in the UK some might call a celebrity, and I admire him for his intelligence.

Celebirty crushes with me mostly have to do with certain roles which make an actress seem like a cool girl. So I guess it's more of a character crush than a proper celebrity crush. When I was younger I had a big crush on Linda Hamilton because she played Sarah Connor in Terminator.
Most pretty Hollywood-type celebrities come across as pretty shallow (or at least not interesting on a personal level) but I'd like to think you can glimpse at someone's personality through the roles they play. For instance: Angelina Jolie looks like a fine specimen of woman, but somehow she doesn't do it for me because I'm simply not impressed by her output, and her constant mother-of-the-year anthics are very off-putting for someone who can't stand children.

But enough analysis! My crushes anno 2011

Mila Kunis (That 70's Show, Black Swan)

Nathalie Portman (V For Vendetta, Black Swan - yes again, and being a fan of director Aranofsky as well this movie was like a dream come true, haha)

Sarah Silverman (cuz she's basically the funniest woman on the planet and still pretty, a rare combination)
