Since there is a lot of talk about Aspies and being bisexual/pansexual i thought this would be interesting.

Technically the Kinsey scale is 1-6, but im using 1-5 to simplify it

I put down 4, but really I'd be more like a 4.5. Sexually I only find other males attractive. But there is nonetheless something I find aesthetically appealing about girls--especially with faces, the female body holds essentially zero appeal to me.

At various times I would have said 4, 5, and 0.

Right now it is definitely 0, and in retrospect has been pretty much all along.

Option 5 should read "attracted exclusively to the same sex." I don't know if you can fix that or not, but I just wanted to point that out.

The one thing I don't like about this poll is that it excludes attraction to gender benders.

Anyway, I'm attracted to women more.

I find the kinsey scale to be a bit simplistic for me. I dont fit any option.

I am very fluid and tend to lean anywhere from 1-5 depending on what outside influences are occuring. At the moment i am a 2 just because of the man i am interested in. A month ago, i was floating around a 4 or 5.

I took that test once and I got a 2. Apparently this test knows something i don't

I honestly don't know where I lie on that scale. Probably because I lack actual sexual experience.

In real life I'm almost exclusively attracted to the opposite gender. There have been exceptions though. This is referring to crushes and infatuations. I can't imagine having sexual relationships with them though.

In fantasy life sexual encounters are almost exclusively with the same gender. I sometimes try to force a fantasy with the opposite gender but it doesn't work too well.

I'm just completely sexually confused... So am I mostly straight/little bit gay? or am I mostly gay/little bit straight?

There isn't anything I find aesthetically pleasing about the same gender. I just like the idea of having sex with them.

The Kinsey Scale I know of is actually 0-6, or a standard seven-point scale. You are just using a five-point scale instead. The original scale is:

0 - exclusively hetero
1 - predominantly hetero, minor attraction to same sex
2 - more hetero, but moderate attraction to same sex
3 - 50-50
4 - more homo, but moderate attraction to opposite sex
5 - predominantly homo, minor attraction to opposite sex
6 - exclusively homo

I consider myself a 2 on the original, and fit best into the 2 on yours. In greater detail, I find females easier to relate to sexually, but consider myself rather attracted to both sexes.

I note with interest that 2 on your scale seems to be the most popular (perhaps not to statistical significance, and I do acknowledge the confound inherent in this being present in the LGBT section), but perhaps, as has been commented before, aspies do tend towards bisexuality more than the general population.

Does anyone know if there are any research papers on this specific hypothesis? I would be interested to read them.

I guess somewhere near the middle. As a girl I could go either way. As a guy I'd probably be 100% gay. I have no interest in being a man doing a woman.
