Today many people have a sex friend, basically someone to drink a glass of wine with before having wild sex and then leaving without any conversation - "Until next week darling!".

Do you think Aspies can have a sex friend? Do you think it would be a good thing for them to have a non emotional relationship like that?

I'm considering it thought I'd much rather be with a girl I love and who loves me but I wouldn't know how to go about that anyway.

It seems like the logical thing for an apie to do...Only problem is you need social skills to get a girl to do that.

You need to be good looking too I guess. Any Aspies on here that have a sex friend? Maybe Aspies should have Aspie sex friends...

i have done this in the past. It is better then trying to trick someone into a relationship when one is not desired.

How did you find said 'sex friend'? Did you like ask someone you know if they wanted to sleep with you?

yes. and i was very direct in what i wanted. One person could have been a good relationship material but i wasn't in the right mind frame for that.

I have done this in the past. It was a good relationship and I still consider us friends even though I know I won't see her again. We left on good terms.

She was the one that told me it was just a friends with benefits thing.

I was coming out of a realtionship where I felt I was getting really mixed signals. I was confused about stuff and not sure how I could trust people again with all the mixed signals I got.

It was very refreshing for her to say what the relationship was, to define it. It gave me the confedence back to see other people and I am now in a very happy, healthy relationship with someone.

The funny thing is, the friends with benefits girl told me once that we commucate really good together. I never told her about my AS.

I would be more than happy to walk up to a gal I know well and ask her for a f**k. My problem: risk of straining a good friendship and a very awkward moment following. >.>

I don't think it's becoming a trend I just think it's becoming more socially acceptable to talk about in public and after all it's just fun. I know some people attach bigger meaning to it but if you're being safe and doing it safely, what does it matter who you bang?
