Decided to check out the show Bates Motel, watched first 3 episodes. It was interesting enough for me to want to continue watching. Basically for those not familiar its sort of a prequel show to the movie Psycho you know the one with the famous shower murder scene. Looks like a modernized take though as that movie takes place in the 50s and this show they have smart phones and new cars.

Ha ha, even to this day I am uncomfortable about closing my eyes in the shower if I am home alone and need to shower directly because of watching that. So it has resulted in getting shampoo and soap in my eyes, so I can keep an eye on the door. I mean its like 'crap I am naked and in the shower what on earth could I possibly do if someone comes at me right now' even though I know it is not likely. No f***ing way would I shower in a motel/hotel room alone.

They should do a study on how many people have issues with showering due to that movie.

But yeah I hate a lot of horror, because its just stupid but that, that was profoundly disturbing and sticks around, the way a good horror should be.

I watched Psycho,the shower scene was scary. Once I was taking a shower & my shower curtain moved, it was my cat peaking in.
